Star Multi Care recently welcomed back their Branch Coordinator with a new name. Formerly known as Lauren Muller, and returning to the office after Honeymooning in Jamaica, Mrs. Lauren Lafontaine formally announced her name change. Lauren was wed to Marlin Lafontaine at the exquisite Metropolitan in Glen Cove, NY. Their nuptials were witnessed by over 200 family members and friends, including some Star Multi Care co-workers. “A wonderful time was had by all! Lauren and Marlin looked amazing and so happy on their very special day”, stated Lauren Scalcione, the Branch Administrator.
Lauren has been a Patient Care Coordinator with Star Multi Care for nearly four years and stated she applied with Star Multi Care because she “had heard great things about the company and wanted something long term”. She claims, “Star is a great company with great people”. “I have always been treated fairly and been given the opportunity to learn and to grow with the company”, Lauren stated. “The only reason I would leave Star is if I won the Mega Millions”, she kiddingly proclaimed.
Ironically, Branch Administrator Lauren Scalcione feels like she has “won the lottery”, with Lauren on her team. “Lauren is very efficient. Being a Coordinator is a difficult job. She is so pleasant and professional to all of our clients and employees, it is deserving that she has found such happiness with Marlin”, stated Mrs. Scalcione. “We are blessed to have her on our team”, she continued.
