Founded in 1938 in Brooklyn, New York, Star Multi Care Services, Inc. was purchased by present management in 1986. The primary focus of the organization at that time was the provision of facility staffing and private duty nursing services. Shortly after acquiring the company, the current management team expanded the scope of services to include home health care.

Star Multi Care Services, Inc is a privately owned company. We have been accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations since 1991, and currently maintain required licenses and certificates in the states we serve.
Star Multi Care Services, Inc. was established to provide professional and paraprofessional home health care personnel to elderly, ill and physically challenged individuals in their homes. The company is currently licensed and certified in the states of Pennsylvania, Ohio and Florida to provide a full array of health care personnel services, including Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Home Health Aides, Personal Care Aides, Physical Therapists, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists. In some states, Respiratory Therapy and Medical Social Work Services are also provided.
At Star Multi Care Services, we actively research new markets for the expansion of our geographical presence while diversifying our services to better serve our growing markets. Our compassionate and innovative approach to managing our patients' needs continues to be the foundation of our success.
We are presently awaiting completion of the licensure process to practice home health care in the state of New York, covering Nassau and Suffolk Counties. |
