Meet Star Multi Care
Debbie Kelly
Manager, Corporate Administration
Debbie Kelly holds the position of Manager, Corporate Administration of Star Multi Care Services.

In August, 2006 Ms. Kelly successfully obtained a New York State Home Care license for the Long Island branch and made the company a leader in the industry as she became the driving force responsible for boosting the office sales to record highs over the past ten years.

Considering herself a life-long New Yorker, Debbie grew up on Long Island, holds a Bachelors of Science from SUNY Oneonta and currently resides in Massapequa, New York with her family. Together with her husband, Brian, who works for Star Multi Care Services as a Registered Nurse, they have co-coached their children, Taylor and Dylan’s soccer and baseball teams to many winning seasons. Debbie can be characterized as her team’s biggest cheerleader and truly has the capability to lead any team to where it wants to go.

When she is not out in the community advocating for her patients or out on the sports fields, you can usually find Debbie with her family, walking JJ their Labrador Retriever or relaxing at the Green Harbor Beach Club in Massapequa, LI.

Lauren Scalcione RN
NY Branch Administrator
Lauren Scalcione, a Registered Nurse, joined Star Multi Care in 2013 as Branch Administrator of the New York office. She was drawn to the Company’s team-focused environment and the longevity of both its Employees and Clients.

Lauren is a nursing graduate of Empire State College and is currently in pursuit of her BSN. She has come to the Star family with various clinical experiences in multiple health care settings in addition to an extensive managerial background in hospitals, private doctor’s offices and reputable dental practices throughout Manhattan and Long Island, NY. In addition to her nursing and operations background, Lauren attributes the successes within her past and current careers to her hard work and dedication which is rooted in her love of people.

Lauren’s true passion is advocating for people in need, hoping to improve the quality of life of those around her. She is very active in her Long Island community and volunteers with several organizations such as; Great Strides for Cystic Fibrosis Research, Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Research, Massapequa Community Fund, Patient Airlift Services, Parent Teacher Association as well as many professional healthcare groups.

Lauren currently resides in Massapequa, NY with her husband, Chris, their 2 children and dog, Guinness. They are a very active family balancing work, sports, family and friends. They enjoy skiing in the winter, the beach in the summer, and everything in between! They have a love of life and those around them.

David Schoenberg
CFO Star Multi Care Services
David Schoenberg joined Star Multi Care in 2002, as its Director of Finance and Administration, and Chief Financial Officer. He came to the company with over 14 years in public accounting, mainly servicing the health care community on Long Island, and over 25 years in the financial management of public and privately held companies, primarily in the service and distribution industries.

David holds a B.S. in Accounting, and has been a Certified Public Accountant, registered in the State of New York, since 1980.

Laura Partridge
Business Development Manager for Star Multi Care Services
Laura Partridge, the Business Development Manager for Star Multi Care Services has been with the company for over 12 years. Prior to her current role, she had served as the Administrator of the Pittsburgh branch, as well as holding positions within health systems in New York and Pennsylvania as a Nursing Home Administrator and Regional Director of Operations of Independent and Assisted Living facilities.

Laura has earned her MBA in Health Care Administration from Canisius College, a Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo and is currently a CPR/First Aid Instructor for the American Red Cross. Laura has sat on three Professional Advisory Committees throughout the community, has been on the Board of Directors for a non-profit nursing home, currently acts as an Advisory Board Member for the Allegheny County Respite Care Coalition, Gateway Health Plan, and the North Allegheny School District Elementary Advisory Council. She is also an active committee member of the Southwestern PA Partnership on Aging, Twilight Wish Foundation and Marshall Elementary Yearbook Committee.

Raising four active children with her husband Brian, she seems to spend more time on baseball and soccer fields than she does at home which helps her appreciate their family vacation time even more.

Jacqueline Aristizabal
Accounts Receivable Manager
Jacqueline has demonstrated success in the health care field as a manager for over 19 years. During that time, she has worked in many arenas of the home health care business. Her success as a manager has come from her hands-on approach to daily operations. This unique management style has enabled her to develop proven strategies in the oversight of the billing, personnel, contracting, and accounts receivable departments for which she has overseen.

After receiving her Bachelors of Science in Health Care Administration from C.W. Post, she began her career as a home health care biller in Long Island, New York. Working her way through multiple roles in the agency, she ultimately became manager. She later moved on to work with a health care financing company in New York City before joining the team of Star Multi Care. Jacqueline’s position of Accounts Receivable Manager characterizes her strong leadership skills and her ability to prioritize, plan, and direct the department. She has used these experiences to develop strategies that are crucial to the billing and collection operations of Star Multi Care Services for the past 12 years.

Jacqueline is a native Long Islander. Together with her husband they stay busy raising three daughters. In addition to this demanding schedule she maintains active volunteer positions within her community, her children’s schools and all her daughters’ extracurricular activities.

Stephanie Anderson
Payroll Manager
Stephanie Anderson is an industry veteran with over 18 years of payroll experience. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from State University of New York Old Westbury.

She joined Star Multi Care Services in 2001 and currently manages all aspects of weekly and bi-weekly payroll for almost 500 employees. In addition, she is accountable for the 401k Retirement Plan and the benefits deductions for all eligible employees. Her profound organizational skills and notable attention to detail have enabled her to maintain the company record for accuracy each year.

In her free time, Stephanie enjoys traveling with her husband and serves as Treasurer for her local church.

Liz Hansen
Manager of Human Resources, Star Multi Care Services

Liz Hansen is the Manager of Human Resources at Star Multi Care Services. Liz has over 15 years of Human Resources experience, 10 of which have been in a leadership role. Liz is a Manager with a strong knowledge in recruitment, employee relations, compensation, benefits and workers’ compensation.

With Star since April 2009, she is responsible for all human resource functions for the company. Her areas of responsibility include recruitment and staffing, benefits, employee relations, workers’ compensation and unemployment.

Liz holds a Bachelors of Science degree from Radford University and received her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification in June 2006.
