Star Multi Care Services, Inc. provides professional and empathetic nursing and rehabilitation services on a short-term basis in the home. Whether the patient is in need of post-operative wound care or occupational therapy after a stroke or heart complications, Star Multi Care will provide the necessary assistance in the home after hospital discharge. We will work closely with discharge planners and physicians to meet the individual needs of the patient.
