Senior Care:
Star Multi Care Services has created a program for seniors who need or require in home medical services and prefer that required services be provided in the home. It is our primary mission to work with patients, their families and their physicians to form an in-home program meeting all medical necessities. We aim to provide a total package consisting of in-home chores, errands, medical services and therapies to meet the needs of the patient, while maintaining the security and convenience of remaining in the residence.
Star Multi Care will start our program by providing an in-depth interview in the patients home by our Director of Patient Services and should include both the patient and family members. We will answer all questions pertaining to service, cost and duration. We will address all of your inquiries and concerns. A customized plan of care will be implemented and reviewed with the patient and doctor.
Depending on individual needs and requests, the patient's personal care team may consist of the following health care professionals:

Home Health Aid or Personal Care Aide

We are equipped to handle a variety of services, including:
Skilled Nursing Care
Home Health aides to assist with day-to-day activities including bathing, dressing, meal planning and preparation, laundry, shopping, and housekeeping.
