Star Multi Care Services has created a program for seniors who require medical services and prefer in-home care. Our primary mission is to work with seniors, their families and their doctors to form an in-home program that meets medical, safety and daily living needs, while maintaining the comfort and convenience of remaining in their residence.
When you turn to Star Multi Care Services for help, we start our program with an in-depth interview in the patient's home. Our Director of Patient Services meets with both the patient and family members and reviews the care required, and will answer all questions pertaining to the services we offer, the cost and duration of care. We address each of your concerns as we customize a plan of care that is reviewed with the doctor and patient before it is implemented.
Depending on individual needs and requests, the patient's personal care team may consist of the following healthcare professionals:
- Director of Patient Services
- Home Health Aid or Personal Care Aide
- Licensed Practical Nurse
- Occupational Therapist
- Physical Therapist
- Registered Nurse
- RN Supervisor
- Social Worker
- Speech Therapists
We are equipped to handle a variety of homecare services, including:
- Assistance with long term care and other insurance
- Companionship for individuals who, for medical and/or safety reasons cannot be at home alone
- Home health aide assistance with day-to-day activities including bathing, dressing, meal planning and preparation, laundry, shopping, and housekeeping
- Medication management
- Pain management
- Rehabilitation therapy
- Scheduling and transport to doctor appointments
- Skilled nursing care
